-
- I am having problems compiling MacApp 2.0ß9 with the MacApp Debugger and SADE
- symbols on. The Pascal compiler is version 3.0 (12/15/88).
-
- Issuing:
- MABuild Calc -AutoBuild -Sym
- Gets things started OK, but the Pascal compiler chokes with a fatal code
- generation error in UDialogs. Copying the Pascal command line that Make
- generates to compile UDialog.p and using it alone causes the same error.
- Editing the command to change EITHER -sym on to -sym off OR -qSym=TRUE to
- -qSym=FALSE allows compilation to finish.
-
- Continuing past UDialog, the Pascal Compiler aborts with a fatal memory error
- -108 (not the linker error -108 we've heard so much about) while trying to
- compile UMacApp, again with both MacApp debugging and SADE symbols on. This is
- on a 5 Meg Mac IIcx running under Finder.
-
- Is there something I can do to get this to compile with SADE symbols (so that I
- can use SADE and/or Steve Jasik's the Debugger)? Am I just out of luck for now
- and forever?
-
- Thanks,
